Top 10 High Page Rank Article Directories

The final stage in your article writing approach to bring free traffic to your website is submitting your article to high PR (page rank) article directories. There are thousands of article directories on the internet and majority of them are free directories. But submitting articles to high PR article directories will get your article indexed quickly and do well in search results.

In this hub, I have listed the top 10 high page rank (PR) article directories.

Article directories are popular with search engines and search engines love them. It's contents are fresh because millions of authors write and update its contents everyday. When you submit your article to an article directory, your article will live on that domain and inherit the popularity of that website.

Submitting articles to high PR article directories and linking back to your website or blog will increase your website traffic for free. An article submitted to a high PR article directory will do better than a website or blog that is not optimized for search engine (SEO).

Sign up for Hub Pages free and earn while creating back links to your site. There are four ways to earn from Amazon, E-Bay, Google Adsense and Hub Pages own Ad Program. Click the link above and sign up free for an HP account and start submitting your articles.

Google and all major search engines love Ezine Articles. Please note that you can not link to affiliate websites in Ezine Articles. You can only link to a website in you bio box and this must be to website. If you do not have a website, you can link back to your Hub at HP, lens at Squidoo or an article in another directory.

3. http://www.squidoo.com

Squidoo, like Hub Pages and Ezine Articles, has a Google PR of 7. You can sign up for free and submit your articles. You can also share in it's advertising program and earn from Google Adsense and Amazon.

Creating incoming links to your article will increase the speed at which your article gets listed in the search results. This can be done through social bookmarking - ie, submitting your link to many social networks as possible.

Once you've written your articles, you can post to each of the top 10 high page rank article directories individually. Remember that search engines will not pick up and display duplicate content, even though they may all be your work. Modify your articles for each directory.
